September 15th changelog

As per September 15th, 2026 we have made the following changes and bug fixes!
Changes
- GTA and Burglary now allow you to favorite subtabs.
- Crime Spree and other similar abilities will now fill from 100/100 to 200/200, instead of just increasing the max.
- Added a new 'How Power Works' box to Leaderboard and Stat Tracker that will tell you why your score recently changed and the factors that go into a score.
- Added a notification when your Establishment finishes building.
Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue with Mission 4 that allowed you perform a mission crime while in jail.
- Fixed an incorrect Discord link.
- Fixed an issue with the Burglary requirements on Mission 6.
- Fixed a mobile menu bar issue that would cause it to float in some cases.
- Fixed an issue on mobile where the back button would cause the page underneath the chat window to navigate and not close the chat window.
