We're very excited to announce that Round III will be launching this Thursday, October 23rd at the following times for players.
- San Francisco/Los Angeles: 1:00pm
- Chicago – 3:00pm
- New York – 4:00pm
- London – 9:00pm
- Netherlands/Germany – 10:00pm
- Lebanon – 11:00pm
- Melbourne/Sydney – 7:00am on October 24th
In this downtime, we have completely revolutionized Chicago Rum with many new and innovative features:
Brand New Organized Crime System
The organized crime system has completely changed to our new model which allows for better cooperation between team members and more dynamic experiences. A new phase called Looting was added where OC members can cooperate for additional rewards
Brand New Shooting Range
Put your marksmanship skills to the test at the new Shooting Range. Try your best to hit the bullseye and rank up your KillSkill for better odds at taking down your real enemies.
All New Missions
Missions will be coming to Chicago Rum for the first time with five brand new story lines and rewards
Achievements
A brand new achievement system was added with many engaging challenges for players to complete for new rewards and Achievement Points, which are redeemable for in-game boosts.
Promotion Rewards
Players receive improved, random awards from a crate when they’re promoted. Rewards scale with the difficulty of each level.
Brand New Establishments
Purchase a piece of land in your state to grow and harbor a criminal enterprise, then share the rewards with up to three others.
Controversial Features Removed
We’ve removed the Casino Bounty and Crew Layer features.
New Modern UI
The Chicago Rum interface has been completely redesigned from the ground up to provide a refreshing, new, and engaging experience for players.
New Hospitals
New insurance policies are available for purchase which reduce healing costs and time and notify players by email when shot.
Much Better Cheating Detection
A fair playing environment is crucial to a great experience, so we’ve implemented much stronger detection methods relating to scripting and duping.
Tons of New Minor Changes
We’ve taken this time to go through and listen to player feedback and have implemented tons of minor changes to our features to make the experience more enjoyable.
