Establishments

Wiki article

Wade deeper into the depths of criminality by purchasing a new kind of property, Establishments.

Establishments

Establishments are plots of land which are based on cities in each of the 5 states where the Chicago Rum cities are located.

Each state will have 10 establishment locations available to purchase for $500,000 each. There is currently a limit of three establishment plots that each player can purchase with a 12 hour cooldown between purchases.

Building Types

There are three types of buildings which can be built on:

Building TypeDescriptionCostBuild TimeLimit per State
LaundromatBoost cash earned by OCs by 15% through money laundering, up to 3 users. 3 uses total per day.$1,500,00015 minutesNo Limit
HangerStores a private plane that can be used by friends and crew, or access sold. 10 minute travel times up to 6 times per day.$2,000,00025 minutes5 per state
Weapons TruckBe the weapons supplier for all of Chicago. Earn commissions on all the weaponry sold, and offer to sell at a discount to those you select.$17,500,000180 minutes1 per state

Each building type will have a certain build time, this is how long it takes before the establishment is operational.

Additionally, there may be regional restrictions on the type of building in each state. Once the limits are hit, no more of that type can be built unless the owner tears down the building or loses the establishment in death.

Authorized Users

Once a player finishes a building on their establishment plot, up to three authorized users can be added.

Authorized users fully share in the benefits of each establishment.

Change or Sale

Establishment owners have the option to tear down a building which is currently built on their plot for a fee of $50,000. This action is not reversible. Once a building is torn down, a new one can be built if the building limit has not yet been met for that type of building in the state where the establishment plot is located. If a building with a build limit is torn down, it will not be reserved for the owner and will immediately allow for other establishment owners in that state to build the amount restricted building type.

Establishment owners will also have the option to sell or trade their plots through Escrow for any arrangement made between players.
