VIP Vaults

Wiki article

Walk in the shoes of legendary bank robbers and try your hand at safe cracking in Chicago Rum's VIP Vault looting feature.

Prerequisites

In order to access the VIP Vault looting feature, an Organized Crime must be setup and in the looting phase. For more information, view the Organized Crime wiki page.

Difficulty

A VIP Vault looting crime is guaranteed to show up in every Organized Crime when it reaches the looting phase. Each one will have a random difficulty rating:

  • Easy
  • Moderate
  • Hard

Difficulty ratings impact how many hints are received, the quality of those hints, and the eventual payout in the event that the vault is successfully cracked. Rarely, a successfully cracked hard difficulty vault can award up to $4,000,000 of in-game cash.

Cracking the Safe

In order to successfully complete the looting event, players in the Organized crime must successfully guess each of three numbers. Each guess will cost 100 focus.

Guessing the wrong number will end the attempt and require another 100 focus to continue.

If the first and successive numbers are correct, guessing can continue without needing another attempt.

Hints

Players will know they're close to one of the correct numbers when the dial is turned and a click sound is heard. The dial may also appear to vibrate. Lower difficulty VIP Vaults will receive more hints than higher difficulty ones.

There are two different kinds of hints:

  • Specific hints - This might tell you the answer to the number in the 1st, 2nd or 3rd position
  • Vague hints - This might tell you 2, 3 or 4 possible answers in the 1st, 2nd or 3rd position, you still need to guess it

Rewards

Rewards for successful completion of the VIP Vault Looting crime will scale based on the difficulty level. But they will over all range from $400,000 to $1,500,000 of in-game cash. On rare occasions, Hard difficulty vaults may award up to $4,000,000.
